Greet guests like they’re old friends (because they just might become one). Take orders efficiently and accurately. Deliver food and drinks promptly and with flair. Handle guest concerns with positivity and professionalism. Work as a team with your fellow MVPs (servers, bussers, cooks, hosts—you name it). You’ll thrive here if you: Are energized by fast-paced, high-volume environments.
