Shuttle Driver/Customer Service Rep

Lapels Cleaners is looking for energetic, outgoing Customer Service Reps / Shuttle Driver! Lapels Cleaners is seeking responsible, personable Team members to join our team and act as a shuttle driver between our Gilbert plant and our Queen Creek satellite store. Team member candidates should possess a good driving record, a clean, neat appearance, be detail-oriented and have a positive, friendly attitude for dealing with customers.

This shift will begin and end in our Gilbert store with the team member traveling to and from the Queen Creek store to deliver garments. • Uniforms Provided Responsibilities of the Team member:
• Shuttle processed garments from plant to satellite store in company vehicle
• Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store
• Front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain, and finishing needs, and/or questions
• Sort and examine articles of clothing
• Mark-In incoming customer orders
• Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy
• General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance
• Shuttle incoming garments from satellite store to plant
