~Supervise, coach, and support site staff to maintain quality teaching and appropriate teacher-child ratios. ~Implement and monitor developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with state standards. ~Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for all children and staff. ~Maintain accurate records, licensing documents, and reports as required by regulatory agencies.

~Foster positive, professional communication with families, staff, and community partners. ~Support ongoing staff development, program evaluation, and continuous quality improvement efforts. ~Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with site and administrative procedures. ~Please see the Job Description for more information.

Requirements

/ Qualifications Qualifications & Required Documents: ~Child Care Center Operations and Record Keeping Orientation (Community Care Licensing) – Certificate of Completion ~CPR & First Aid Certification – Current (or willingness to obtain) ~Official/Unofficial Transcripts ~Degree Copy (Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s as applicable) ~Valid Site Supervisor Permit – Required to be considered for an interview Pre-Employment Requirements (for selected applicants): ~Background clearance (Live Scan/Fingerprinting) ~TB clearance ~Successful completion of a pre-employment physical A resume and Cover Letter are recommended.

Tier 1(Associate Degree & Valid Site Supervisor Permit): $28.91 - $30.08/hour Tier 2 (Bachelor’s Degree & Valid Site Supervisor Permit): $30.68 – $31.92/hour Tier 3 (Master’s Degree & Valid Site Supervisor Permit): $32.56 – $33.21/hour Compensation will be finalized based on experience, skills, knowledge, education, and other factors relevant to the position.
