Experienced Service Advisor

Experienced Automotive Service Advisor We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who believes taking care of the customer comes first. We’re an independent repair shop that takes pride in doing things the right way — for our customers, our technicians, and our team. We’re looking for someone who already understands the service advisor role and wants to work with a group of people who share that same mindset.

What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Service Advisor is required Strong communication and customer service skills Someone who knows how to build trust with customers, not pressure them Comfortable explaining repairs and maintenance in a way customers can understand Able to manage estimates, approvals, updates, and follow-up while keeping the customer informed Organized, dependable, and able to stay calm when the shop gets busy A team player who respects technicians and understands that great results come from working together Someone who takes pride in creating a great customer experience from the first phone call to the final handoff What Matters Most to Us We want our customers to feel like someone is genuinely looking out for them .

That means listening to what they need, communicating clearly, setting the right expectations, and making sure they leave feeling taken care of — even when the repair itself isn't what they wanted to hear.
