Atlantic Finance Clearwater, FL (Ulmerton Rd) We are looking for energetic and ambitious individuals to join our Dealer Relations Team onsite at our Clearwater, FL location. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and is proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office to enter data in a fast-paced environment.

Primarily work Monday through Friday , day shifts. Earn base pay plus monthly bonuses, total compensation $40k annually and higher! Bilingual (English/Spanish) is desired but not required. What You'll Do

Manage a high volume of daily telephonic communications , handling both inbound and outbound communications with client and dealership networks. Cultivate and maintain strong, working relationships with auto dealership partners. Maintain system data integrity via accurate entry of client information into computer database.

Synchronize multi-channel follow-up strategies , leveraging a meticulous blend of telephone and mail communication to guarantee 100% record accuracy. Audit and process complex documentation , ensuring strict adherence to State and MAF legislative guidelines. Oversee formal correspondence workflows , confirming successful physical letter deliveries with proactive courtesy tracking calls.

Resolve complex customer service escalation points through targeted problem-solving and rapid multi-department resource mobilization. Foster a collaborative team environment by independently seeking skill-building opportunities and actively training peers on localized operational workflows.
