Production Document Control Team Member I

Hello! We are looking for a dedicated Production Document Control Team Member I to join the family! Del Real Foods is a traditional Mexican food manufacturer born out of a family farm. Today, Del Real Food makes tamales, carnitas, salsas, and other recipes inspired by the Cardenas' native Jalisco -- all created by hand with fresh ingredients and nothing artificial.

The Production Document Control Team Member will work with the production department to control the production by properly reporting materials usage and total finish goods in an accurate manner and in a real time using the AX WMS system.

1. Follows and enforces employee’s safety procedures
2. Report any unsafe conditions to immediate supervisor or manager
3. Follow, Monitor, and Enforce all food safety procedures
4. Follows and enforces SQF requirements (Facilities, Equipment, SSOP, SOP, GMP’s, and ETC)
5. Follows and enforces USDA & FDA guidelines and regulations.
6. Follow Company Policies, Regulations, and Lunch & Break Policies
7. Scan and record all the materials usage to prepare different recipes
8. Scan all transfers and recorded on real time
9. Ensures the Daily Production documentation controls are completed and accurate on a daily basis
10. Ensures recipes are not prepared prior to all the materials are properly scanned and recorded on a real time
11. Communicates effectively at all levels in the production department.
12. Resolve any issues with scheduling and Production control Lead
13. Clearly communicates and holds self-accountable for business objectives. Provide any feedback to lead to ensure success in achieving business objectives.
14. Foster relationships with other staff members to create an environment where all employees are encouraged & developed to reach their full potential in meeting department/business goals.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills. Detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish. Strong computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, AX, WMS, and Internet applications. Ability to accurately enter, review, monitor, and maintain production and inventory data in real time.

Ability to learn and effectively utilize production, inventory, warehouse management, and other computer-based systems. Handheld scanner experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inventory discrepancies, investigate variances, and follow through to resolution. Ability to communicate effectively and timely across multiple departments.

Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to maintain accurate records and demonstrate strong attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment. C. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School or equivalent and/or one year experience as line worker or similar.

Experience with inventory control, production documentation, work orders, warehouse management systems, or related production control functions is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is preferred After completing an application, qualified candidates will be scheduled for a phone screen followed by an interview with the Production management team.
