Key Responsibilities

Receive and process material requisitions. Pick, pack, and issue stock according to approved requests. Verify quantities and item codes before issuing stock. Capture stock transactions accurately on the inventory management system. Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation. Assist with stock counts and cycle counts.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Stores Controller. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials. Maintain good housekeeping and comply with safety standards. Investigate and report stock discrepancies. Support receiving and put-away activities when required.

Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric). Certificate in Stores, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is advantageous. Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar. Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, email).
