Delivery Specialist

Position Summary

As a Delivery Specialist, you will become an expert in all makes and models, you will provide accurate and timely support to dealership customers, communicate technical information and serve as the point of contact for technical dealer inquiries with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide superior technical support to dealer customers by:
• Identifying customer concerns, reviewing troubleshooting results, and offering timely, accurate assistance.
• Offer software support.
• Escalate complex vehicle issues to senior technical teams and leadership as needed.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and produce high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing schedules and priorities.
• Strong decision-making skills under pressure with limited supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service and written communication skills.
