As part of the corporate accounting team, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of business operations while contributing to the financial integrity of a diverse and expanding organization. Job Description:
• Assist with daily accounting operations, including recording transactions and maintaining general ledger activity
• Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Support month-end and year-end close processes across 24 dealerships, 6 collision repair centers, 25+ car wash locations, 2 laundromats, and other entities
• Prepare and submit financial statements to OEM and other third parties
• Work closely with dealership personnel to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Help maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned Environmental & Physical Requirements:

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress, if applicable)
• 1-3 years of accounting or relevant internship experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data organization)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate with team members
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow established processes while also identifying opportunities for improvement
• Experience with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds, or Tekion) is a plus but not required
