• Development Center- Mount Vernon, OH c. Trace Solutions has a great opportunity to be a part of our growing team! We are seeking an experienced PR PT (Physical Therapist) . • Shift: Up to 2 days a week. 24 hours depending on need and want.

Responsibilities

Evaluates claimants/clients by administering tests & measurements (e.g., range of motion, gait & functional analysis, neurological) to determine individual rehabilitation program needs, provides or oversees on-going assessment of claimant's/client's rehabilitation, prepares, transmits & maintains measurement & assessment records & reports tests, assessments & measurements to interdisciplinary teams as requested.

Participates in writing & presentation of individual claimant/client treatment plans to include formulating goals & planning appropriate physical therapy treatment, plans periodic reassessment of claimant/client progress & revises plan as necessary. Participates in on-going continuing education & in-service training, in research projects & program development & in training of pre-clinical & clinical physical therapy students & physical therapy assistant students & licensed physical therapy assistants & therapy aides.

Requirements

OH PT License CPR/BLS Benefits $50 per hour, based on experience $200 sign-on bonus and referral bonuses available Weekly paycheck Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) option Note: Benefits eligibility requires a minimum of 30 hours worked per week. Assignments under 30 hours per week are not benefit-eligible.
