• Connect with prospective customers, develop leads, and schedule appointments.
• Learn about customers’ needs and discuss relevant products and services.
• Build relationships with existing customers through follow-up and policy reviews.
• Answer questions and assist with coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service. What you’ll bring
• Previous State Farm agency experience is required.
• An active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Sales experience and an interest in growing customer relationships.
• Clear communication, strong listening skills, and dependable follow-through.
