As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll work with homeowners who have requested a roofing quote, guiding them through the entire sales process over the phone—no driving or in-home appointments required.

Responsibilities

Contact warm leads who have requested a roofing quote Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers Handle objections and guide customers through the sales process Present roofing solutions and close sales entirely over the phone Make a high volume of outbound calls each day Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity Utilize company systems and technology to prepare quotes and contracts Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve performance Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and script development Consistently achieve individual sales and performance goals Requirements Qualifications Previous in-home sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Strong communication and objection-handling skills Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Benefits What We Offer Hourly base pay plus uncapped commission $50K–$70K+ first-year earning potential; $100K+ for top performers Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid training with experienced sales leaders 401(k) Ongoing SPIFFs, sales contests, and incentive programs Career advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing company
