Responsibilities

Design high-quality, engaging visuals for Monetization, CRM, and Social Media campaigns, channels, and VIP communications, including banners, short videos, and other digital assets. Develop the visual style of the interface in alignment with the overall game design. Research mobile gaming market trends and define the design tone accordingly.

Maintain visual style consistency across all interface elements.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Monetization Graphic Design within the gaming industry. Strong skills in design, color theory, composition, typography, and ideation, with a solid background in visual communication design. Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with AI tools is a must. Basic After Effects animation skills.

Good foundational knowledge of animation and experience working with After Effects for animating visual assets. A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. Ability to brainstorm effectively and work as a key team player within a creative team. High level of English proficiency. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to accept and apply constructive feedback.
