Staff Engineer – Innovation

We develop a product portfolio of FPGA-based electronic modules and FPGA-optimized IP solutions for industrial customers and research organizations. In parallel, we provide leading engineering services in FPGA system design, and in development of high-speed hardware, FPGA firmware and embedded software.

To strengthen our dynamic team in Zurich, we are looking for a new: Staff Engineer – Innovation High-level technical authority for Innovation department across multi-disciplines (Hardware, Software, Radio Frequency, Firmware) Work directly with customers and leads to identify new capabilities for Enclustra product offerings Keep up to date with market leading technologies and trends, through attendance at international tradeshows, webinars, and more Lead conceptual design and system architecture of advanced embedded hardware solutions Drive immature/early technology readiness level solutions from initial concept to tested prototype or pre-production prototypes Contribute to medium + long term improvement of Enclustra embedded electronics capabilities Actively participate in marketing level efforts to share technology developments (webinars, staged interviews, internal presentations) Must help to develop the capabilities of a small team of engineers Senior technical leadership experience with electronics engineering +10 years’ experience with embedded electronics technologies (SoC/CPU/MPU/AISoC/FPGA, Linux, Signal Integrity, Clocking, RF, PCIe, high speed interfaces, LPDDR5, Vivado/Quartus) Excellent communication and leadership skills Fluency in English High passion for technology + technology development Enclustra offers you an interesting job in an exciting work environment with lots of creative freedom.
