About the Role

Greet and check in members as they arrive Provide accurate and friendly information about club programs and services Ensure the front desk and facility is well-stocked and organized Maintain clear communication with team members via Slack Handle basic maintenance or inventory needs and report issues Respond to and document member incidents as needed Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests Qualifications Reliable and punctual Excellent phone and communication skills Calm and friendly under pressure Confident, professional demeanor with strong customer service focus Details Shift : Openings, Mids, Afternoon, Closing Pay : $16.

90 – $17.50/hour Job Type : Part-time Environment : Friendly, wellness-focused, fast-paced team setting Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
