Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer support to Lithuanian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels. Assist customers with inquiries, order management, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem-solving.

Contribute to improving customer service processes based on client feedback. Stay updated on company products and services to deliver accurate information.

Requirements

Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Adaptability and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria. Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
