Quickparts is hiring a Junior Accounts Payable to join our friendly, close-knit UK Finance team, supporting day-to-day AP operations across our French and UK ledgers.

You will work across multiple entities and currencies from day one, gaining valuable experience in multi-entity, multi-currency finance operations while being fully supported through training and mentorship from senior AP colleagues.

As Junior Accounts Payable, you will: ✔ Own day-to-day AP operations for the French and UK ledgers ✔ Build broad international finance experience across multiple entities ✔ Support accurate, timely payment processing and supplier relationships ✔ Contribute to a collaborative, supportive finance team ✔ Develop your career with a clear growth pathway in finance What You'll Do Invoice Processing & Data Entry Receive, review, and process supplier invoices via email, portal, and paper Enter invoice data into the accounting system, including coding, cost centres, and VAT Perform 3-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts Identify and resolve discrepancies relating to price, quantity, or missing purchase orders Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records across FR & UK entities Payment Processing Prepare and schedule supplier payment runs for FR & UK entities Ensure all payments are made in line with agreed contractual terms Submit payment runs to the AP Manager for review and approval prior to release Supplier & Vendor Management Respond to supplier queries regarding outstanding payments and invoice status Chase suppliers for outstanding invoices and statements as required Credit Card & Expense Support Reconcile company credit card transactions against employee receipts Follow up on missing receipts or incorrectly coded transactions Allocate expenses to the correct cost centres and accounts What We're Looking For Essential Previous experience in an accounts payable or transactional finance role High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in high-volume data entry Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to prioritise and manage workload across multiple entities and currencies Desirable Some French would be a plus for occasional supplier correspondence Good working knowledge of Netsuite, Tipalti Experience with French and UK VAT and tax requirements Familiarity with Brex or a comparable expense management platform Experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency international finance environment Why You'll Love It Here Genuine international exposure across French, Italian, and UK finance operations — rare at this level A clear development pathway within the Finance function, with real scope to progress Supportive team environment with mentorship from senior AP colleagues Hybrid working model with flexibility Competitive salary benchmarked to UK market rates, reviewed regularly Celebrate Your Strengths!
