Job Description Open Role: CLO Structuring, Origination & Capital Markets Location: New York Base Salary Range: $150,000-$200,000 Role In your role of CLO Structuring, Origination & Capital Markets , you’ll be part of the Institutional Credit Strategies team. You’ll have the opportunity to have an active role in the execution of all CLO capital market transactions, including new issues, resets and refinancings working closely with the head of the CLO business on all aspects of CLO capital markets transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with the Portfolio Manager and trading desk in crafting the portfolio, as well as with the investors who participate in our transactions. The position will include the following responsibilities: Participating in all aspects of deal execution as you interact with Portfolio Management, Syndicate, Sales, Legal Counsel, Rating Agencies, Investors Modeling CLO transactions, providing portfolio analysis, structuring the CLO, running rating agency stress tests and responding to investors’ requests Coordinating the rating agency and documentation process with syndicate Coordinating warehouse creation and warehouse modeling Negotiating deal terms with syndicate, investors and rating agencies Preparing marketing materials for new transactions as well as participating in conference calls and marketing road shows Coordinating transaction closing process, including warehouse reconciliation Active daily monitoring of all existing CLO transactions while working with Portfolio Management to optimize and improve structures through secondary trading and primary loan issuance Monitoring all existing CLO transactions and working directly with Portfolio Management and investors to effectuate all refinancing and reset activity for existing CLO portfolios Active coordination of investor meetings, roadshows and conferences for both new and existing investors Qualifications The successful candidate will have the following attributes: A Bachelor’s degree or higher with an excellent academic background 5+ years of experience in securitization structuring or capital markets Experience working with CLOs and knowledge of rating agency criteria and regulations Experience working on New Issue CLO transactions including deal modeling and investor interactions A working knowledge of using Intexcalc, Intex Dealmaker, Kanerai, PowerPoint VBA/programming skills a plus Desirable Traits Strong quantitative, analytical, and fundamental valuation skills Strong people and communication skills High degree of intelligence Energy & passion Demonstrated confidence, maturity, and proactive nature Eagerness to learn and take on responsibility Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Sculptor Capital Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
