As a Strategic Accounts Consultant, you'll follow an established process to generate and manage interest in our leadership and personal development programs, connect with prospective clients, conduct brief introductory conversations, understand individual goals and priorities, share program information, and provide thoughtful follow-up throughout the decision-making process.

Full training is provided, including established digital strategies for generating and managing interest, with no cold calling or relying on your personal contacts required. This is an independent, performance-based role rather than a traditional salaried or hourly position. Income is based on individual results, with no guaranteed compensation.

Requirements

You may be a strong fit if you're driven, motivated, and ready for a new chapter—and want greater flexibility while continuing to put your professional experience to meaningful use. 8+ years of professional experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience in account management, client relationships, business development, consulting, leadership, marketing, communications, or a related professional field Confidence connecting with professionals from a variety of backgrounds Ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and understand individual goals and priorities Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain consistent follow-up Willingness to learn and follow established systems Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of your results Genuine interest in leadership and personal development Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required.
