Shipping & Receiving Specialist

The Shipping and Receiving Specialist is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the safe and efficient movement, preparation, inspection, and organization of rental equipment, new equipment, distribution gear, and inventory. Primary responsibilities include receiving and offloading new equipment and distribution gear; loading rental equipment going out on rent; and receiving and offloading rental units returning from customers.

The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will complete rental return check-ins, including inspecting equipment, recording hours, adding fuel and DEF as needed, identifying and reporting damage or other concerns, and ensuring equipment is properly documented and routed for its next step.
