Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Off Shift Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and be available to work off shifts.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and manage a team of production workers. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Monitor production processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and output. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on best practices in manufacturing and assembly.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the manufacturing facility. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklifts as necessary to facilitate production tasks. Address any production issues or challenges promptly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience operating forklifts and using various hand and power tools is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Work Environment Comfortable in a manufacturing environment Ability to lift and move parts/equipment up to 50 pounds. Skills At least two years in a supervisory role of people or processes.
