In Person Full Time Receptionist at Law Mom! Hours: Full Time Monday

• Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Location: 5 Chestnut Street, Duxbury, MA 02332 About the Role: We’re looking for a friendly, organized Full Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming calls. Greet and check in clients as they arrive. Offer guests water, coffee, or hot chocolate. Notify the appropriate team member when their client arrives. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

Requirements

Professional and courteous communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a client-facing environment. Prior reception or customer service experiences a plus.
