Join Roche, where every voice matters. The Position Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Event Planning & Coordination Assist Event Owners with drafting Event requests detailing setup, menu, and AV requirements. Coordinate with clients to gather guest counts, seating arrangements, dietary restrictions, and timeline confirmations. Attend weekly meetings with the Site Services Team (SHE, Facilities & IT) to ensure alignment on upcoming functions.
2. Event Operations & Execution Assist in overseeing room setups (tables, staging, lighting, AV) to ensure compliance with client specifications and safety standards. Welcome event hosts and guest speakers upon arrival, serving as an on-site point of contact during live events. Liaise with external vendors during load-in and teardown to ensure all logistical processes are being followed.
3. Administrative Support Maintain updated client request logs. Conduct site inspections and venue tours. Process post-event client feedback surveys. Support the creation of the event management process at the site. Propose process improvements.

Basic Qualifications

Active student currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
