Senior Director of Business Development

The Senior Director of Business Development provides strategic leadership in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities that advance AMIkids’ mission and growth objectives. The role leads efforts to secure funding through WIOA programs, Job Corps contracts, Department of Labor initiatives, workforce board procurements, and other government-funded opportunities.

In partnership with the Senior Vice President of Operations, this position drives workforce expansion, develops competitive proposals, builds strategic partnerships, and strengthens AMIkids’ position as a leading provider of youth workforce, education, and employment services.
