Sales Associate

We don’t just fix cars—we take care of people. As a Front Counter Sales Associate, you're the first point of contact and the one who sets the tone for the entire customer experience. Your main job is to listen to customers, understand their concerns, and help guide them toward the right services and products—whether it's a new set of tires, an oil change, or just peace of mind.

That means being honest about what a car truly needs, reliable in following through, and always putting ourselves in the customer’s shoes. People don’t just want service—they want to know you care. We believe in earning their trust every day by treating them with respect, explaining things clearly, and making sure their vehicle is safe and reliable when it leaves our lot.

You don’t need to be a car expert (we’ll train you), but you do need to care—about people, about doing things right, and about being part of a team that’s committed to doing honest work the right way.
