As A Customer Services Advisor you will : Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times, working to facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of the services.

To handle customer enquiries (both telephone and internet), across different payor types supplying potential customers with information about the services offered at the site Taking ownership & accountability of the customer journey and referral management of each customer To maintain all patient records accurately and in accordance with national and/or local procedures and timescales, checking that all Minimum Data Set information is captured on patient records accurately.

Adhere to data protection principles, ensuring all information (whether patient or organisation specific) is treated sensitively and confidentially. Experience, Knowledge & Expertise – Essential Administration experience in a complex and fast-paced environment. Excellent IT skills, including MS Office packages, with a high level of competency in Word, Excel, and in-house CRM systems.

Demonstrate call management and call handling skills. Ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach Role Specific Competencies Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative.
