Service Planner

The company Framo Shanghai Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Framo AS, a leading manufacturer of Framo Submerged Cargo Pumping Systems in Norway. Framo AS also manufactures pumping equipment of the highest quality for the marine and offshore oil and gas industries, and is globally positioned to serve customers all over the world.

Job responsibilities： To provide professional secretarial support for commissioning management – duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to :

1. Contact and coordinate with the clients for commissioning tasks;
2. Update schedule and coordinate Service Engineer’s dispatch as instructed;
3. Project filing and reporting– close project and fulfill the project details;
4. Control the commissioning days and negotiate with clients for extra commissioning payment
5. Create orders and make invoices for NCR, extra commissioning days and guarantee job;
6. Arrange air tickets, boarding pass or other logistic arrangements for the departmental personnel;
7. Assist in work permits, visas for the department employees;
8. Make meeting minutes as instructed;
9. Assist in operations for the department as instructed;
10. Reminders for outstanding payments – per instructions;
11. Other jobs, which are assigned by the Company from time to time; To provide general support and back up to the office – duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to :
12. Assist company in the implementation of Company rules and regulations within the department;
13. Assist in the implementation of New Employee Orientation for the departmental staff as requested;
14. Assist in logistic arrangements for events/exhibitions as requested;
15. Work closely with assistants/ secretaries in a team environment to ensure ongoing, accurate communication among all staff members and to support timely smooth workflow; Requirements: As Assistant to Commissioning department, you will have to perform a variety of miscellaneous duties in order to maximize the time of Commissioning Management. To act as first point of contact in Commissioning Management’s absence. To assist in the implementation of the company policies within the department. 1、College education or above in Science and Engineering or related. 2、 3+ years working experience in working with multinational company will be preferred. 3、 Good command of spoken & written English. 4、 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5、 Good communication skills.
