Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability The Company provides vehicles, computer, cell phone and fuel card Continuous professional and personal development, including onsite Dream Manager/ Life Coach Support Company- sponsored Family Events throughout the year What You Will Do Conduct professional in-home sales presentations for HVAC replacement opportunities Assess homeowners’ needs and recommend the best HVAC solutions for their home Build trust and establish strong relationships with homeowners Clearly explain equipment options, benefits, pricing, and financing solutions Present proposals and confidently close sales Follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM Work closely with the installation and support teams to ensure smooth customer experience Generate customer referrals and build long-term relationships Stay knowledgeable on HVAC equipment, products, and industry trends Who You Are Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated Strong work ethic with a positive attitude Have excellent verbal communication skills Have the ability to work well with others to accomplish team goals Be able to work with minimal supervision Be willing to generate customer referrals Have a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurability requirements Have strong customer relationship management skills In-home sales experience would be a plus Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment preferred Knowledge of air balancing principles and duct sizing techniques preferred Ability to perform all physical and mental requirements of the job Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vets.
