Transformation Specialist, Principal
Job description
Infor's Services organization is in the middle of one of the company's largest transformation programs. The program is changing how we scope, estimate, sell and deliver services to customers around the world. As Principal Transformation Specialist, you will be a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the person who turns transformation strategy into results that leaders can see and measure.
Your first priority is leading AI-enabled change across services sales and delivery, and driving the rollout and adoption of a new services estimation and bid management platform that helps teams produce faster, more accurate and more consistent estimates. You will shape program roadmaps, run governance and executive reporting, and define the success metrics, business cases and value-realization plans that show what the program delivers.
You will work closely with services, sales, IT, enablement and communications teams to align priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and make sure new tools and ways of working are adopted and sustained. This is a principal-level individual contributor role with high executive visibility and a direct hand in shaping Infor's future services and delivery models.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Lead transformation programs from roadmap to delivery, including plans, governance, risks and dependencies. Partner with executive and services leaders to identify opportunities and agree priorities. Drive adoption of new tools and ways of working, including AI and estimating tools, with enablement and communications teams.
Define success metrics and run executive reporting on progress and value delivered. Build business cases and value-realization plans for transformation initiatives. Align services, sales, IT and operations teams to resolve conflicts and keep work moving. Find and run continuous-improvement opportunities in services sales and delivery processes.
Basic Qualifications
Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs that delivered measurable business results. Experience in program management, including roadmaps, governance, risk/dependency management and executive reporting. Experience leading change management and driving user adoption of new tools or processes. Experience influencing senior executives and building trusted-advisor relationships across functions.
Experience defining success metrics, building business cases and tracking value realization. Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in services sales, professional services delivery or ERP services environments. Experience with services estimation, bid management or PSA tools (e.g., Certinia Services Estimator). Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) and leading AI-enabled change. Experience coordinating enablement and communications for large rollouts.
Experience working with global teams. PMP or change management certification; bachelor's degree in business or a related field
