Job description
Perform assigned product manufacturing and or assembly responsibilities. Assemble HVAC components based on blueprints, schematics, and written or verbal instructions. Use a variety of hand, power and or pneumatic tools to complete the assembly and or system within the customer equipment. Perform in-process checks and inspections throughout the process.
Complete shop paperwork / records to ensure that equipment is being built in accordance with the manufacturing / customer requirements. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Comply with the safety regulations and properly utilize personal protective equipment. Abide by all internal United CoolAir polices to foster a safe, efficient, and exciting work environment.
Work with your manufacturing lead and team to meet scheduled deadlines. Collaborate with various departments when necessary to provide the highest quality product to your customers. Offer suggestions to streamline assembly processes and improve efficiency.
