What You'll Be Doing As a Manager in Training, you'll learn every aspect of store operations while helping lead the team each day.

Responsibilities include

Supporting daily store operations Training and motivating team members Delivering exceptional customer service Scheduling and supervising employees Cash handling and register accountability Ordering merchandise and inventory management Maintaining food safety standards Ensuring compliance with alcohol, tobacco, safety, and security regulations Creating a clean, organized, welcoming store environment This is a hands-on leadership position.
