Remove finished products from production lines and assist with material handling. Perform visual quality inspections and report defects. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and support general production operations as assigned. Others duties as assigned. What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience: Must read and understand deliver basic commands in English. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks while standing for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or aluminum extrusion experience. Forklift experience or certification. Familiarity with quality inspection and material handling equipment.
