Senior Service Technician

Now hiring Senior Maintenance Technicians Morgan Properties is hiring an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, electrical and plumbing needs at our communitis in Largo, MD. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with on call rotation required.

You’ll keep our apartment community up to company standards and code and help create a welcoming home where residents feel valued and supported. You’ll work with a respectful, collaborative team, and we invest in your growth with training and a clear path to advance. What You’ll Do Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements and applicable laws Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff about repairs and updates Pay and Benefits Base pay: $26.

00 to $28.00 per hour Up to 50% rent discount Property staff shared renewal commissions Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly On-call appreciation: $15 per day for holding the on-call phone Medical, dental and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave Schedule Monday to Friday - 8:00AM to 5:00PM Paid rotating on-call participation required Must be available and prepared for emergency events Schedule subject to change based on business needs What You’ll Need Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle HVAC, EPA or CFC certification preferred 3 -5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience #AC4301 #AC5021 If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
