Line Cooks

Located in the North Hills District of Raleigh, NC. Cook up your career and feed your unique journey! We’re looking for the best Chefs in Raleigh, NC! Full Availability Required What You’ll Do: Line Cooks are responsible for the food guests rave about! You will prep for and prepare delicious dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Candidates must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with a great attitude and willingness to work hard. LINE COOKS RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recipe Adherence
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service in a timely manner
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager’s instructions
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, of high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
