Job responsibilities

include- *Getting the restaurant ready for opening by completing daily jobs timely and accurately, including a mix of cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks. *Maintains appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively. *Receives, checks in, and puts food order away ensuring proper stock rotation. *Maintains a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant.

*Completes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly, according to the equipment maintenance calendar. *Completes daily duties to be ready to work in the kitchen during the lunch shift
