Position Title: Tech Support Student Assistant Department: Information Technology Services Advertised Pay: 12.00 Campus Location: Washburn Tech Position Summary: The Tech Support position at Washburn University provides assistance to faculty, staff, students, and visitors to the Washburn campus.
Essential Functions
Answer phones, work on computers, troubleshoot issues, and assist with drop-in traffic to IT room. Provide overall IT support for Washburn campus. Performs additional job related duties as assigned. Non-Essential Functions: Make trips across Washburn Tech campus to provide support.
Preferred Qualifications
Computer knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and customer service skills. Special Instructions to Applicants: Part time Hourly Mon-Fri Background Check Required
