Job Summary

Part-Time Behavioral Health Clinician / Social Worker 📍 In-Person | 24 Hours/Week 🗓 Monday, Wednesday & Friday ⏰ 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM We’re looking for a compassionate and team-focused Behavioral Health Clinician/Social Worker to join our psychiatric care team! In this role, you’ll support patients and families through assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, group facilitation, and discharge coordination in a collaborative inpatient setting.

What You’ll Do Manage a caseload of behavioral health patients Complete assessments and treatment plans Facilitate individual, group, and family sessions Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team Assist with discharge planning and community referrals Provide crisis support and patient advocacy Maintain timely clinical documentation What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred Active Maine license required (LSX, LSW, LMSW, LMSW-cc, or LCPC-c) Strong communication and teamwork skills Behavioral health or psychiatric experience preferred CPI certification preferred (or obtained during orientation) If you’re passionate about mental health, enjoy working as part of a supportive team, and want meaningful part-time work that makes a difference every day — we’d love to hear from you!
