Dealership: L0053 Subaru of Spokane Subaru of Spokane Hiring: Sales Assistant Pay: $20-$22 hourly Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position is located onsite in downtown Spokane WA and reports to the General Sales Manager.

What You'll Do

Sales Team Support & Lot Operations Assist Sales Consultants throughout the customer buying journey. Greet and welcome customers to the showroom and lot. Prepare vehicles for customer demonstrations and test drives. Help coordinate and deliver exceptional vehicle delivery experiences. Follow up with customers regarding appointments and dealership visits.

Support dealership events, promotions, and sales initiatives. Organize and maintain vehicle displays throughout the dealership. Move, stage, and photograph new and pre-owned inventory. Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and presentation-ready. Conduct inventory walks and vehicle inspections. Assist with incoming inventory and dealer trades.

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional lot appearance. Organize and maintain vehicle displays throughout the dealership. Move, stage, and photograph new and pre-owned inventory. Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and presentation-ready. Conduct inventory walks and vehicle inspections. Assist with incoming inventory and dealer trades.

What You'll Bring

1+ year of retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or automotive experience is ideal Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs A desire to grow with us in this automotive industry A passion for the Subaru brand Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies Confidence in customer service engagement Comfortable working both outdoors and indoors Comfort in operating several cars, light trucks, and vans, with an ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards The hourly pay range for this position is $20-$22 per hour.

Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
