Customer Relationship Associate

Brief summary about the role We are looking for a customer relationship associates who will have a strong understanding of the order process at Share. Pal, excelling at lead management, understanding customer needs, building relationships, and increasing conversions. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong communication & negotiation skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Job responsibilities

1. Take up inbound customer leads & explain our offerings to them
2. Manage leads & the order flow within the CRM tool
3. Providing excellent after sales support to the customers
4. Understanding customer issues and providing a timely resolution
5. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers Requirements Job requirements: 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Freshers welcome B.Tech/B.E./BBA/BCom or UG in any specialization Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills. English & Hindi Very good convincing & persuasion skills Benefits Compensation structure: CTC offered: ₹2,50,000 - ₹4,00,000 P.A.
