Sr Production Supervisor

The Sr. Supervisor, Production at UCT oversees manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth daily production, manpower planning, and on‑time delivery of quality products. This role leads and guides the production team, resolves line issues, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce lead time.

Responsibilities include

cross‑training employees, supporting 5S and lean activities, and managing ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
