Description: HVAC/Maintenance Technician Qualification: High School degree required or GED Minimum of 3 years HVAC experience Demonstrates strength and dexterity necessary to perform all required HVAC and maintenance tasks Demonstrates knowledge of HVAC/refrigeration and building automation Holds a New Jersey Black Seal Boiler license or be able to obtain one within one year of employment Must possess a valid NJ driver's license Annual Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 plus stipends Application Procedure: Apply Online
