Scrum Master

Location: Near Shore . Preferable Mexico (US Shift: 8:00am CT to 5:00pm CT) Role Overview: The Scrum Master facilitates Agile delivery for Asset Management teams, driving PI planning, all scrum ceremonies, and ensuring effective collaboration across business and technology stakeholders. This role works closely with the Agile Coach, Product Owner, Data Management Office, and central COO teams to deliver high-quality solutions and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices, including Agile Release Train (ART) and PI planning.
• Coordinate Agile Release Train (ART) activities and collaborate with other teams for successful program increments.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum and scaled agile (SAFe) practices, driving continuous improvement and supporting the team in delivering business value.
• Maintain and update team dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools.
• Foster strong communication and working relationships with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and the Data Management Office.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Work during US business hours to ensure alignment with global teams.
