We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Store Manager who thrives on driving sales, developing people and maintaining outstanding standards across all areas of retail operations. The Role As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall performance of the store, with a strong focus on commercial success, customer experience and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire and motivate a high-performing retail team, creating a positive and engaging working environment. Drive sales, profitability and key performance indicators, including conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer receives a personalised and memorable shopping experience.

Take ownership of recruitment, coaching, training, performance management and team development. Oversee daily store operations, including rostering, stock management and visual merchandising. Maintain excellent standards across store presentation and operational performance. Lead by example on the shop floor, supporting your team in achieving individual and store targets.

About You

A minimum of five years' retail management experience, ideally within fashion or premium retail. A proven track record of leading successful retail teams and delivering strong commercial results. Excellent leadership, communication and people development skills. Strong commercial awareness and confidence in managing retail KPIs.

A hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent organisational skills and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
