Oberlin General Manager

Location: Raleigh, NC Job description OUR NEWEST ADDITION TO QUALITY HOSPITALITY – THE HOTEL OBERLIN – CURIO COLLECTION We are seeking a General Manager for immediate employment for our new Hotel Oberlin located in the Village District in Raleigh, NC. The hotel is scheduled to open in November 2025. A successful candidate will have 10 years of experience managing high-end full-service hotels.

The Hotel Oberlin is in the Curio Collection by Hilton. Curio experience is preferred but not a requirement. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the hotel. This position will manage all aspects of the hotel including the 3 rd party F&B operation of the rooftop restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the daily operations of each department within the hotel and will establish and maintain a positive employee climate to exceed guest expectations.

Property Audits Work with Director of Corporate Revenue Management Marketing / Business Planning Sales Management Community Relations Food & Beverage Customer Service Budget / Financial Management Asset / Capital Management Human Resource Management Corporate Office Relations Management Requirements 10+ years of supervisory and hospitality management experience are required 3+ years of experience with high-end, luxury, boutique and/or full-service food & beverage properties Demonstrated experience with Hilton hotel systems and programs is preferred High-energy with a strong customer-service orientation Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to plan, organize and lead the activities of others Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills Excellent time and project management skills High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and Department of Motor Vehicles Report Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet the required criteria for driving a company vehicle
