Instructor, Community Recreation (Metro): Module 2 - Spin/Cycling

SUMMARY Module 2: Spin/Cycling Leads high-energy indoor cycling classes in both in-person and virtual formats, promoting cardiovascular health, endurance, and motivation. Designs dynamic workouts tailored to various fitness levels, incorporating music, pacing, and performance tracking. Must hold current certifications in one of the following: Schwinn, Spinning® ISSA indoor Cycling NETA AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America) ACE (American Council on Exercise) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provides instruction to students and community members.

Develops and presents the department with a curriculum that provides students with a full experience and is structured to accommodate all fitness levels. Sets up in preparation for and cleans up after each class. Performs other duties as assigned.
