Description Job Description Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Summary The primary responsibility of the Shipping/Receiving coordinator is to ship and receive Alma Lasers products and accessories. This employee will also maintain an accurate inventory count, maintain proper records, and communicate with support teams. **100% Onsite Position, will require travel between office and warehouse (approx.

Pack and coordinate outgoing shipments Unpack, verify, and record incoming shipments Scheduling of inbound/outbound shipments Inspect incoming shipments for damages and defects Update ERP system for outgoing and incoming shipments as well as virtual warehouse transfers Reconcile shipment reports from supplier with warehouse receipts Inventory planning/purchase quantity recommendations Cycle Counting Spare parts management Other duties as assigned Competencies

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment.
