RN/LPN Pediatric Home Care

Home Heart Florida is hiring compassionate RNs and LPNs for pediatric private-duty home care. You'll provide one-on-one nursing care to medically fragile children in their own homes — helping kids thrive and supporting their families.

Case Details

• Location: Miami Gardens, FL
• Clinical Skills Required: G-Tube
• Language Required: English
• Shift: Sundays, 12-hour shifts from 8AM to 8PM — Any 4 nights of the week, 12 hours from 8PM to 8AM
• License Required: RN or LPN

What you'll do

• Deliver skilled nursing care: assessments, medication administration, and care plans

• Support children who may need trach/vent, G-tube, suctioning, or seizure monitoring

• Document accurately and communicate with the care team and family

What we're looking for

• Active Florida RN or LPN license

• Pediatric or home-care experience is a plus — we'll train the right nurse

• Reliable, dependable, and great with families

• Current CPR; able to pass background and license checks
