Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Specialist

The MEL Specialist will lead monitoring, evaluation, learning, and data management activities for the Enter Energy Ethiopia Program. The role will ensure quality data collection and analysis, support surveys and reporting, strengthen performance monitoring systems, and facilitate learning and feedback processes with program teams, partners, and stakeholders.
