Legal Counsel (Commercial Law & Projects)

Efficio is the world’s largest specialist procurement and supply chain consultancy, with offices across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We’re a diverse team of over 1,000 individuals, representing more than 60 different nationalities and speaking 40+ languages – and we’re continuing to grow rapidly! We are looking to hire a candidate to support the delivery of client-facing legal projects and commercial engagements.

The role will involve working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions, particularly in the areas of commercial law and project-related work. The successful candidate will contribute across the full lifecycle of client engagements, including contract transformation initiatives, advising on complex commercial arrangements, drafting and negotiating agreements, and supporting the legal aspects of project delivery.

The position will include contributing to business development activities and leveraging Legal AI tools to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and innovation of legal service delivery.
