We develop innovative technologies for the mining industry, including Fleet Management Systems (FMS), Asset Health Monitoring software, and Autonomous Haulage Systems (AHS), which are used at mine sites around the world. We are currently looking for someone to support the following areas : Communication and coordination with our parent company, Hitachi Construction Machinery, including preparing simple reports, compiling information, and coordinating documents and materials Supporting expatriate employees with housing, visas, insurance, and other day-to-day needs Assisting with business travelers and visitors, including meeting coordination and general support Document and record management, as well as other general administrative support Position Details: We are looking for someone who is interested in working with us on a long-term basis Part-tim e position (3 days per week) with the option to work r emotely Hourly rate of $24-$28, commensurate with experience and qualifications Potential opportunity to transition to a full-time position in the future An excellent opportunity for someone who would like to use both Japanese and English in an international work environment We are looking for a reliable and well-organized individual who enjoys supporting people and working across different cultures and teams.
